I must have done something weird. When I go in to a customer in AR-A and click on the CO button, I can see the list of contacts, but I can't add one.

We've run the updater for the new contact management thingie, but there are still some customer to which we cannot add contacts. After clicking the CO button we get the list of contacts grid, but the "Name" entry that lets you add a new contact is not there. Its as if it is in view-only mode for that customer.
