They are printing 5 times on Packing Slips - fine on Acks/Invs. Anyone using them successfully?

We have tried using the original, unmodified form as well.

We haven't had the problem that you've mentioned, but I noticed today that I can't get any SO Notes to print if the invoice results in a Credit Memo. Even if I set every printing option to YES. The notes print fine on the acknowledgment, but won't print at all on the Credit Memo.

In the mean time, they now print multiple times on Acks as well, but not Invoices.
