We had a consultant add this capability to several programs since certain customers require specific details on certain documentation.   For example, some require a "certificate of compliance" on every packing list.  
 
A picklist appears that the user selects the RTM that they want to use.  So we have several "flavors" of acknowledgements and packing lists.  It works quite simply.  However, we are now locked into that point in time, in program development, that is, unless we want to pony up each time an update is made.  So we are not able to take advantage of many of the fine enhancements that Lynn has put into play since our modifications were done.
