ISO 9000 complaint/noncompliance (Read 334 times)

ISO 9000 complaint/noncompliance

We'd like a customer complaint/vendor noncompliance system tied into DBA.  A simple Access application looking at vendor, customer, and item tables would do, I'd think.  What are people using?  Has anyone developed this?  Would someone like to?

We have developed this in an MS Access 2000 format.  Have a client that has been using it for a while.
