Per your request, I am posting my labor efficiency item to possible updates.  Perhaps others can add their take on the efficiency reports.
 
Would like to see additional labor efficiency reports available that would allow me to report the information  
I need and also do management by exception.
 
First, Items I need to include:
Item number
Sequence description
Option to show pieces instead of hours
Option to report % as the full %, for example the report might show a positive 10% which really means 110% to me.  
 
I think there needs to be a couple of RTM reports (similiar to the SA-M) that we can than modify to our needs.  If they have all the fields available somewhere at the bottom of the report, we could move them to create what we want.  However, I don't know if the RTM's are capable of doing mathematical functions.
 
Second:
Would like to be able manage by exception and filter the reports to include everything above a certain % or below a certain %.  
 
I like the capability of JC-G that allows reporting by machine, or person, or any number of other things.  This is very helpful and I would not want to lose that capability.
