We use IN-B specs to enter instructions for repetative jobs. We then, at sales order entry, answer yes to include specs at line item entry. Then we print the traveler with both specs and instructions in order to get all lines from the specs and also get the 2nd desription line (from IN-B) that only prints in the instructions section. This creates a lot of duplicate information but at least nothing is lost on the traveler. What would work for me is to include the description line from the 2nd line in each sales order item, print in the Specs section above the lines that come over now, from the convert sales orders. Then I would not need to print the instructions also to get that one line. I hope you can follow what I am trying to say.
