SO-P-F enter RMA

When I go into SO-P-F enter RMA I receive a warning that says "you are not licensed to run this this program, please contact istech support.
version 2002.4 w/is tech 2/13/04 update

The RMA programs are not included in the standard IS Tech update, they are an add-on for an additional charge.  I can send you a free 30 day trial if you care interested.
