Currently, we can enter Discount Codes by Product Class.
 
To create a product class is a lot of work. We have to enter GL accounts, etc. Deleting a class is also quite involved.
 
We would like to be able to subdivide our product classes by category. Then, we could provide different discounts for different categories without the hassle of creating new classes each time we wanted a different discount.
 
If a class/category contains only a few products, we can use Contract Pricing instead.
