I would suggest the inclusion of an option to print an RTM form that can be used as a manifest as well as a report that would indicate backorders and or any overships sortable by customer code, SO number, Customer order number (PO), and date that could be printed in summary - one line per, or detail - with associated info. And what happens if the same item number is used on 2 lines of the SO but say the second instance is a slightly different variation (i.e. a features and options configuration but same part number) or something? How would this program differentiate?
