Would it be possible to add the Active? status to IN-A, rather than having to go into IN-B to look it up. Not all users have access to IN-B in our company.

I'd like to be able to view this in IN-A too.
And while we're on the subject, it would be great if there could be some sort of a warning message if an inactive item is entered on a PO or WO.

First one (active/inactive status in IN-A) is easy enough. The other is related to an older thread in this section (I think) relating to Obsolete status as an additional level. Still in the plans....

This would also be very helpful to us.

Active/Inactive status is now visible in IN-A - was included in the 6/7 update.

Non-availability of inactive parts in PO's and WO's would be very helpful to us also. We really like the active status showing in IN-A. Thanks!

We have had many occasion where inactive parts have been chosen by mistake when creating a PO, BOM, etc. There doesn't seem to be enough visability in the system for inactive parts in general.

There is a whole thread on the subject of designating Obsolete parts and preventing various types of activity. Definitely one that is on the list.
