We use part type "B" (phantom assemblies) extensively in our manufacturing process.  We have many items that share the same Bill of Material (except for one or two items).  
 
It would be great for us to be able to use the BM-D Print BOM availability program to check availability for an item past the phantom assembly.  Right now, if I want to check availability of parts, I have to do it for the finished good, and repeat for every phantom assembly.  If BOM availability ignored the phantom assembly and pulled in everything contained within the assembly, it would save some time.
 
Would anyone else benefit from such a modification?
