HIde notes toggle in SO

I have noticed that the hide notes toggle in enter sales order hides the notes for the acknowledgement ane the invoice but not the packing list.  Can you make it hide notes in the packing list also?
This toggle is really a great addition! Grin

I haven't checked this... Could it be that you are using an outdated RTM form?

If not, it certainly would make sense that the HIDE box should handle acknowledgements, invoices, packing lists!

Thanks, Nick for responding. It may be that my RTM for packing list is outdated.  We have made quite a few format changes to that RTM and I would hate to lose them all by copying over it.  I know there is a way to update the RTM and not lose the format changes, but it's not coming to me at the moment!  Any suggestions?

The RTM shouldn't matter.  Check the SO-C screen.  My latest standard DBA version (BKSOC.RUN does have the option to print or suppress hidden Notest but the Evo version (T6SOC.RUN) does not, I have asked the programmer to add it.
