You can sort of do that with the IS Tech WO-P, we are going to add an option to specify a range of work orders and it will process all of them 100%.  Should be done forthe next update.
 
We are also working on an add-on the will allow you to specify a top assembly work order (generated via SO-N) and the quantity completed and it will find all the related subassembly work orders through all levels and process for the appropriate proportional quantity.
