BOM Modification Logging
12/07/04 at 16:04:19

We are attempting to control documentation modifications.  It would be really great if there were someway to automatically print a BOM to disk and log what user modified a BOM last.  Then we could create a history of who modified what and link it to previous BOM versions.  The more of this that would be inside of DBA, the better, but, at minimum, the ability to automatically log who modified a BOM would be of great value.

Keep in mind that if this was to be done at all, it would have to be done in Evo as standard DBA has no idea who a user is after they log in, so there would be no way to make a log file. So, IF ISTS was to create such, you would HAVE to go to Evo for it to work.

I would also be interested in this add-on feature (to EVO).
