I wasn't suggesting that the universal program defaults be changed, just that the end user be able to change them, probably company-wide. However, as far as the concept of marking invoices printed or not, I've never seen the logic for the default as No. Why would you not want to mark an invoice as printed? The only case I can think of is if you made a mistake that you didn't see until it was on paper in front of you, in which case you'd want to fix it right away. Then the potential problem is if you've got people posting invoices at any old time without warning. If your company procedures dictate the need to review printed invoices before posting then you could leave it the way it is, but I'd think that you were in the minority.
