It's just a guess since I don't have that RTM but you may have to make the field visible by editing the form in Modify Forms under the file menu.  Locate and open the form.  Look for a weight field that us grayed out (probably in a subreport).  Right click and put a check next to 'Visible'.  Return to header screen and save form.
