Is there any way dates entered in PO's, SO's & WO's can be verified sort of like what is done with the shop calendar? This happens most often at the beginning of a new year eg. SO ship/due date entered as 2/28/04 instead of 2005. A date check with a warning is all I am looking for "you have entered a date in the past, are you sure you would like to continue".

Let's add AP-B and AP-C also, to send a warning message that the date entered is in the prior year.  I have had a few vendors that did not update the calendar year when dating yr 2005 invoices, and data entry just types into DBA/EVO the vendor's date with year 2004 without thinking it shoud be the new year 2005.
 

Easy enough to do...

OK, we have changed AP-B and AP-C to give a warning if the invoice date is not in the current year (past or future gets the warning) and SO-A Ship Date in the past.
 
Invoice posting in a year other than the current year is another good idea.
