It would be *very* helpful if the tax group description field was searchable when entering a new customer or updating an existing customer's tax group.  The existing functionality of being able to lookup based on tax code isn't really helpful unless you've memorized 1000's of codes (in that case you wouldn't have to look the up at all   )  Having the ability to search the description field would also be beneficial in SM-F
