How about a better way to select the default forms that DBA Classic and EVO use?  Currently in DBA you select the default form in SD, but are limited to the numbered choices available.  For custom forms, you have to edit one the choices.  
It would be very convient to have a wider selection of forms (from a list).  
In EVO, you can select the form you want to use for printing from a list, during the printing program, but you cannot save it as a default.  Would adding the form to the saved default be a possiblity?
