It would be extremely helpful if, in the automatic generation of work orders, a single work order for each part number would be created from the requirements as opposed to the current system of creating a separate work order for each sales order.  
 
Currently, if there are ten separate sales orders needing a part, ten separate work orders are generated.  In practice, of course, we build all ten at once, but are forced to fill out ten pieces of paper to report the production.
 
If there are manufacturers who like it the old way, perhaps an option could be provided to combine the requirements.

One way to get a new IS Tech Subscriber would be to do this enhancement now.  We need it badly.

This would be an excellent improvement for us. We currently do generate a number of work orders that make a blank that is finished differently and all done at the same time. We have to combine all the work orders that are generated in the MRP module in a group so that the shop runs them within the same setups.
