I would like to propose a simple solution to something we here at ISTECH seem to have to ask at least once per day.  
 
 Can all users (and I see some do this already) go to their profile and add to the signature what version of DBA they are  using.  
 
 example :
   
John/Jane Smith
 
Evo-Erp 2005.1, 5 user
or  
ISTECH 2005.1 6/20/05 Update
or
DBA Classic (No ISTECH)
 
That will help us to know if it is a current bug or something we have already addressed.
