If there's nothing out there already to do this, would it be tough to create a maintenance module that would a)lock BDS/Evo so noone else could login, and b) give you a listing of who is currently logged in and in what program/module???
 
Numerous occasion is tells us to have everyone logged out, but getting all my users out is problematic at best.  THen once they are out, keeping them out is also a problem.  They figure ten minutes is enough and just log back in.  Unfortunately I might still be trying to get everyone out for the first time!
 
I remember in my old Novell server I could disable login and then get them out.  That way they couldn't get back in before I said so, but it meant out of everything on the computers, not just the accounting software.

Thanks!  I found the Pervasive monitor through another problem and it has been a great help.  In fact, because it gives the open files and lock status I was able to diagnose another problem I was having too!
 
You obviously have your users trained better than mine.  If I sent them an e-mail telling them not to login, half of them wouldn't get it since they're on the shop floor with no e-mail access, and the other half either wouldn't read it or would go back 10 minutes latter thinking surely it would be OK now!
