Work Order Notes

I notice that the "Notes" in WO-A uses 6 of the 10 available fields in the database. I am desperately trying to find a work around where I can attach part S/N's or other information to W/O's and I am wondering if some how you could provide user defined entry to these fields to make them usable. We could then search these fields with crystal reports to find whatever the user has stored in them.

Lynn_Pantic Administrator evolution (n) - gradual change to a different form Posts: 5681	Re: Work Order Notes Reply #1 - 07/25/05 at 11:09:39 Actually, we should be able to go one better - the new Service and Repair Module creates a new Notes Table to attach to Work Orders - we need to enable it for regular Work Orders too, then you will have all the room for Notes you need.
