Serialization is a big deal for us and probably the one thing that would force us to abandon Evo-ERP sooner rather than later. We need a tight, multi-level, one-to-one relationship so that we can carry out a recall rapidly if the FDA recommends it.  
 
Probably not a major factor for most of ISTech's customers, but there would certainly be side benefits, like the ability to allocate serialized items.
