I would like to see the available to ship report have the
ability to treat Printed but not posted invoices as if they
have been posted.
 
Right now, since available to ship always treats unposted
invoices as unshipped, it continues to show the printed but
unposted line items.
 
If you could specify that printed but not posted lines should
be considered shipped, then a critical bottleneck between
shipment planning and invoiceing would be gone.
