When all of our licenses are in use and we try to access EVO, instead of a message indicating all licenses in use, we get FATAL ERROR- you have tried to access a file that has not been previously opened, or the file number value (FNUM) passed was 0.  I have seen others report this error within modules.  It would be very helpful if the error message when we are out of licenses could be clearer.  We chased this error a couple of times this morning.

Will have programming take a look - I agree, I know what the error message comes from but you are right, a better message would be an improvement
