I would like somewhere on the either the top or bottom bar to show what login name is being used.

Let me see what I can do.. Now do you want to see who is logged in (username) or what menu they have loaded?

Can you also have EVO put the company name on the title bar?  We have a different company for each year and a play company and people forget to look at the bottom of the screen to see which one they are in.  They are used to looking at the top.
 
Maybe something like EVO ~ ERP <company> (<user>)

We like the new added feature, however if you click on the "users" button it shows more than one entry per person, some people even have 5 or more all with different times.
 
What is the purpose of this and is there a way to clear out the old entries?

Yep!!! I have an employee outsick today that shows logged in on the user menu..... sure hope we don't have to pay her twice!!!
