It would be nice to have a seperate field in contacts to have the contacts position or dept listed. I sometimes need to contact a person in a specific department but have no way to know which contact person to call as it is structured now.

That would be handy - kind of like the one in Contact Manager. I usually just add the department/position to the Name field.
