The service repair module definitely needs a print open order listing.  It could also use the ability to close orders that are erroneously entered or customer says scrap and no further paperwork is done.  Just a note to file.  It is not necessary to delete the number just have it act like SO module.
 
We really like being able to track our service department but you have to know what on the list is bogus!
