The EVO/DBA program has grow to a point where it is difficult to focus on what needs to be done on a periodic basis to keep the system running well and still find enough time to run my business. It would be a great benefit to me if there was a monthly or quarterly program where some defaults could be set and it would run a bunch of house cleaning routines. Some of the things would be archiving old sales orders, work orders, P/O's, reindexing, reclaiming disk space to condense backups, and a whole host of other items I bet this group could come up with.
 
Start the program before leaving work for the weekend, and have a report of what was done in the printer Monday morning.
