One thing that would be extremely valuable in DBA is having credit card charging integrated into the system.  For instance, the Credit card number could be entered with the Sales Order, and then when the item is ready to ship, the card can be charged within DBA, without needing a third party software program.
 
Then, when a Sales Order is closed, DBA can remove the credit card number from the Sales Order, so that we are not storing it to keep VISA/MC happy.
 
Just a thought.  Would really save on time and aggravation.
