Menu changes on updates

It would be great to have a list of menu changes for the current update only.  With the long list, every item must be gone through each time instead of only the current changes.

The latest list of menu changes does (finally) include dates so you can tell what is new.

Some of the older ones were no more than a good guess but going forward it will be maintained.
