Similar to the recent request for notes in IN-L-M, we find it useful to have some detailed information for why a item was adjusted.

I agree. Currently, I edit via GL-P, the lame transaction description of "Inventory Adjustment" to provide a true description of the transaction. I.E. 100 pcs not found, 100 pcs scrapped-obsolete. etc.

This would be great... right now one line of text is not sufficient to say why the adjustment was made
