Our shipping folks need to frequently modify a bin loc, either due to stockroom changes/moves, addition of new product to the stockroom, which requires making room in a product line, etc.  We DO NOT want them in IN-B, as we are trying to limit the number of people who can actually enter inventory and see that main screen.  We do need for them to be able to change a bin loc on the fly rather than having to ask someone else to do it, which really is a pain for them and also a productivity killer.
 
We'd like to be able to see a way to edit the bin location without letting them into the IN-B screen, and also a way for them to run a report that shows the changes made (like a SO change report, with part#, date, changed by, from bin #, to bin #, etc.
