Setting up shifts

We have had DBA in our shop for a while and underutilize it.  I am trying to set up DBA in our shop, generate travelers with it, and have shop employees log into and out of the operations on the travelers.  I am not sure where to set up the shifts for the 2 shifts that we run.  Would someone let me know where I could set up the 2 shifts in the system?

SD-F then click on "Shift Schedule" in the bottom left corner.
