Just tried to enter an RMA.  Two issues:
--RMA info block (with reason, warranty, so forth) prints after item description but before 2nd description line.
--Restock charge doesn't show on RA, since it hasn't been entered yet.  We're asking that the customer send something back without telling him what it will cost.  That's not right.
