Have weird situation--sales went to print their packing slip for an order, and while the Acknowledgement printed one page (correct), the packing slip prints 324+ pages! They didn't mention anything and when accounting went to release and bill they encountered the same problem. I took a look at the packing slip and it's about 326 pages when it should be one page. As I page through the print preview, I see various notes, websites, email addresses that do not belong to this order being added into the packing slip notes (I responded Y to print notes) at one a page. When I respond N to print notes, not a problem. Had sales try deleting the notes in the order and re-create them, but that didn't seem to make a difference. The sales order is now closed. However, some sort of burp happens when printing this particular order. Is there something messed up somewhere that I need to fix, or just forget it? Hasn't happened to any other orders (that I know of but then sales didn't speak up about this last time so who knows?). TIA, Val
