Modify Evo "Pick List"

Does anyone know how I can modify the Evo "Pick List" report?  I would like to use "Pick List" as stock requisition, but need to modify headings and move column.

You can't modify the text reports (and the pick list is a text report) but you could use the Shop Traveler as a starting point.
