Customer Statement wont print (Read 329 times)

Customer Statement wont print

I have several customer statements that don't show any information yet when I run AR aging they show up.  I checked the "print statements" feild in master customer file and they are set to yes. Any ideas how to fix?

Hi,
Have you checked the customer defaults in AR-A to see if "Send Statements" [Y/N] is marked "Y"? If this box is set to "N", that would be why the statements are not printing. I'm not sure what would happen if it is left blank.

Yes.  It seems it only happens when I try to print for a previous month when they have actually paid in the current month.  I just use the aging when I need to do that instead of the statements.
