I have found this to be the case if, in my haste, I tab too often and instead of going directly from the 1st screen to the item entry screen I end up at the screen showing all lines - the second line of description and any specifications are missing. The only way to get it to work is to close out the Enter RFQ and start over, being more carefiul to tab slowly to the first line entry screen. It is annoying, but a little caution prevents it from happening. Maybe this is your issue as well.
