Error 4 means that it can't find the key value. Basically, it would appear that that part doesn't have a record in the mticmstr file. I would suspect file damage of some sort. You might try backing up your files and UT-C (Re-index) the MTICMSTR file. Also, I wish I could remember what it was but there is a command to reconcile the BKICMSTR and MTICMSTR files. Anyone want to help me out there?
