Add inventory item info (Read 416 times)

FRED Browser I love YaBB 1G - SP1! Posts: 50	Add inventory item info 02/26/08 at 16:35:10 We wish to add inventory info (add bin location) for a particular p/n via IN-B module. I receive a btrieve error of C:\DBAMFG\Default MTICMSTR.B-4, and cannot save the change. Other items modified in the same way are possible without any problem. Pls advise if possible. thank you, Terri G.

Error 4 means that it can't find the key value. Basically, it would appear that that part doesn't have a record in the mticmstr file. I would suspect file damage of some sort. You might try backing up your files and UT-C (Re-index) the MTICMSTR file. Also, I wish I could remember what it was but there is a command to reconcile the BKICMSTR and MTICMSTR files. Anyone want to help me out there?
