Have Category Control and User Defined Control options actually work.  Right now, It doesn't matter what you set them to. (Y/N/R/A - it doesn' matter)

Yup, it is fixed.. Was a problem in the DFM (the GUI screens) not calling the validation code.  It will be in the next update.
