Certain inventory items have been assigned serial number control.  The serial numbers have been entered from the work order entry in WO-I.  Normally, when a sales order is released in SO-E any product that has serial number control will be asked to enter the serial numbers at that time.  Starting yesterday, when I release a sales order the system proceeds through all the normal screens.  The screen asking if you want to enter serial numbers comes up and I click on "yes" the screen for the serial number entry appears and then immediately disappears.  I have tried three different computers, three different sales orders with three different model numbers.  We even restarted the server.
 
Anyone else have this problem!!
