Automatic Close feature

I know this is going to sound odd but I'd like to see a feature that would allow the admin to set an inactivity time out on EVO. We have a 20 user license and it's working fine for us so it's not a sheer number issue. But some of our users leave EVO open in the middle of a report or on entering info and then walk away for the evening or the weekend. This cause problem for my backups as it leaves the files in use. What I'd really like, is to be able to set a time out and then have the program shut itself off at that station upon reaching the critical time out.

One thing you can do is use a product like Open File Manager.  It will back everything regardless of its open status.  Veritas has it integrated into its Backup Exec suite of products as well.  We have been using OFM for over 10 years.  Its nice to see the morning backup report that shows all files backed up successfully.
