I am trying to compile a list of our latest suppliers in order to send out vendor surveys to update our qualified vendor list.  I extracted all vendors with a po placed in 2007 and 2008.  I extracted data for name/address/contact, etc. from APVEND with a Last Purchase for the same time frame so I would know where to send the request for re-qualification.  When some vendors were on the purchase order list but not on the vendor name/address list I started being curious as to why.  Turns out that the Last Purchase date in APVEND is not always updated with the latest order date from the purchase.  Anybody know why?
