Can I load the WO-G program from the latest update (fixes the Back-out of Materials issue problem) that I have installed on my stand alone version into my live company installation on the network that has not been updated yet (I am on the December update)?

Yes, there should be no compatibility issues in WO-G between the 12/07 and 3/08 versions.
