IN-L-S & T Missing after update 08/04/08

Tried to run a stock rebuild and IN-L-S was no longer available and can't be turned on.

Are you on DBA or Evo?  
 
 
Can you run "autoind.run" from UT-A?

We have DBA Classic, This was available in IN-L-S Till we ran the Update 8-4-08.
