We had an issue with a part that was issued incorrectly and then an incorrect inventory adjustment was applied.  To correct the error a second adjustment was required.  Due to a mixup myself and a colleague both entered the adjustment at the same time.  There was a record lock on BKICLOC, and one of the two adjustments was not posted.  Therefore, the transactions and and inventory UOH were not right.  We corrected it by running SM-J-C Method A.  
  Looking at the report, we noted that the BKICLOC and INVTXN files had corrections made to item numbers that are actually customer numbers.  Weird.
