One time Utility to move GL info into Promise dat

We have loaded the lates patch and now when I go into P0-A, I get the following message:  Before you can enter any more Purchase Orders, you must run a one-time utility to move GL info and Promise Date into the proper fields.  OK to Continue with the Utility?  Is this related to the Patch?  Is there any reason I wouldn't want to continue?

Did you load the complete 8/4/08 update?  If you did, that utility is Step 9 of the update instructions.  You need to run it.
 
HOWEVER, if you loaded the Patch file from the www.istechsupport.com/status.php page on top of something older than the 8/4/08 update, you need to load the complete 8/4 update because those files are only intended for use with the current update version.
