Setting up RMA for use in our system.  I can't print the RMA either.  The T6RMA1.RTM hasn't been tampered with at all by me.  We do not have Evo notes turned on.  When I select print, the window showing the T6RMA1.RTM file name comes up and when I hit enter it just goes back to Evo main screen.  It never gets to the Print to screen. We are running Evo-ERP 9-16-09 SP 4.  Haven't installed Service Pack 5.
 
Any help on this?

I tried both forms.  One time only after your reply was I was able to print to screen.  I don't know if it was the IT6RMA1.rtm or T6RMA1.rtm because at first the IT6RMA1.rtm file did not print.  I have tried numerous times to print and except for the one time, the print screen does not show up and it goes back to the main screen.  I'm not sure what to do from here.
